Description

  • Lead daily sales stand-ups to review status, pipeline momentum, and celebrate wins.
  • Own inbound conversations via the HubSpot inbox and qualify incoming leads.
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach across calls, SMS, email, and social to generate new opportunities.
  • Book qualified meetings directly onto Account Executives’ calendars.
  • Run discovery and Passion Success Calls to assess fit, readiness, and buying intent.
  • Assist Account Executives with follow-ups and momentum-driving actions to advance deals.
  • Proactively communicate insights, objections, and contextual details to help deals progress faster.
  • Qualify opportunities cleanly and pass them forward with clarity, maintaining strong pipeline hygiene.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as an SDR / Sales Setter.
  • Proven track record generating qualified outbound appointments that close.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume outbound activity (100+ touch points per day baseline) and making a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Experience in SaaS, Coaching, or the Creator Economy (preferred).
  • Consistently setting 3+ qualified outbound meetings per day (preferred).
  • Experience driving opportunities with $15k+ total contract value (preferred).
  • Strong soft skills: confident communicator, inquisitive listener, able to connect, challenge, and guide prospects.
  • Resilient, organized, disciplined with pipeline hygiene, and motivated by performance.
  • Ability and willingness to work EST or PST hours.
