Description

  • Lead enterprise performance engineering efforts across distributed cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing strategies.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks across applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure.
  • Work with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Development teams to validate production readiness.
  • Optimize system performance and support high-availability cloud deployments in Azure and AKS environments.
  • Analyze performance metrics and tuning opportunities to improve scalability and responsiveness.
  • Develop and maintain automated performance testing and monitoring pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor offshore performance engineering staff.

Requirements

  • Experience in performance and scalability testing.
  • Experience with distributed systems and API architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud and Kubernetes (AKS).
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and perform tuning.
  • Experience building CI/CD and automated performance pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring staff, including offshore teams.
  • Experience with Apache JMeter, Akamai CloudTest, Azure Load Testing, Azure Application Insights, Azure DB Metrics, AKS container monitoring, and PowerShell monitoring scripts.
  • Mortgage or FinTech industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and high-volume transaction systems is preferred.
