Description

  • Architect, build, and maintain scalable UI automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium.
  • Design automation frameworks that support multiple teams, applications, environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Build reusable API and integration testing components using tools such as Postman, GraphQL, PactumJS, and REST clients.
  • Support document-heavy and compliance-driven workflows, including disclosure validation, OCR, and document intelligence.
  • Implement automation observability, including logging, diagnostics, flaky test detection, and trend reporting.
  • Support AI-assisted automation efforts such as test generation, regression optimization, and failure triage.
  • Design automation for distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and complex workflows.
  • Explain framework design decisions, tradeoffs, and long-term maintenance strategies.
  • Maintain secure automation practices, including credential handling, test data handling, and pipeline security.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on experience building and maintaining enterprise automation frameworks.
  • Advanced coding experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Strong experience with Playwright, Selenium, or similar automation tools.
  • Strong CI/CD experience, preferably with Azure DevOps.
  • Experience designing automation for distributed systems, APIs, integrations, and complex workflows.
  • Ability to explain real-world framework design decisions, tradeoffs, and long-term maintenance strategies.
  • Experience scaling automation across teams, applications, environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with secure credential management, avoiding hardcoded secrets, role-based access, and sensitive data protection.
  • Experience reducing flaky tests, maintaining reusable selectors, versioning framework components, and separating defects from automation failures.
  • Mortgage, lending, banking, or FinTech experience is preferred.
  • Experience with compliance-heavy or document-heavy workflows is preferred.
  • Experience with AI-assisted QA, Azure OpenAI, or Claude is preferred.
  • Experience with Azure Document Intelligence is preferred.
  • Experience optimizing regression test selection is preferred.
