Description

  • Own the DevOps technical roadmap, reference architectures, reusable infrastructure modules, pipeline templates, and engineering standards.
  • Lead cloud infrastructure and platform design across AWS, Azure, and GCP using infrastructure as code.
  • Architect and operate Kubernetes and managed container platforms for scalable, resilient workloads.
  • Own CI/CD and GitOps strategies, including pipeline architecture, automation, and declarative deployments.
  • Define observability practices, manage SLIs/SLOs and error budgets, and lead incident response and post-incident reviews.
  • Drive DevSecOps, compliance automation, cloud cost optimization, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
  • Represent DevOps in client discovery, pre-sales, estimation, and cloud or platform advisory discussions.
  • Mentor engineers, review infrastructure and pipeline changes, and provide technical leadership across projects.
  • Track DORA metrics and lead continuous-improvement and lessons-learned initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
  • 2+ years leading teams or owning DevOps functions across multiple products or clients.
  • Hands-on expertise with at least two major cloud providers—AWS, Azure, or GCP—and working knowledge of the third.
  • Deep infrastructure-as-code experience, with Terraform strongly preferred, plus configuration management such as Ansible.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, GitOps, observability, cloud security, IAM, networking, and compliance environments.
  • Proficiency in Python, Bash, Go, or similar scripting and automation languages.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and client-facing advisory skills.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and collaborative delivery practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or CKA, are a plus.
