Description

  • Own day-to-day CMS management in Storyblok across all active Parcelhero Group websites.
  • Publish, update, and maintain website pages, landing pages, and CMS components accurately and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain localized content across multiple regional sites, including the USA, Germany, France, and the Netherlands.
  • Ensure published content meets SEO and technical standards, including metadata, URL structure, alt text, canonical tags, heading hierarchy, and internal linking.
  • Maintain CMS governance by creating templates, naming conventions, and publishing workflows.
  • Own on-page SEO across websites, including keyword targeting, structured data, and link architecture.
  • Lead GEO and AEO content strategy and implementation for AI-powered search discovery channels.
  • Track and report on content performance using GA4 and Google Search Console.
  • Write and produce marketing content across blogs, website copy, ebooks, guides, case studies, social posts, email copy, and ad copy.
  • Manage the Parcelhero blog, pitch third-party placements, and edit content created by other teams.
  • Own all organic social media channels, including planning, copywriting, visual briefing or creation in Canva, scheduling in Hootsuite, and community management.
  • Own review platform strategy and day-to-day management across Feefo, Trustpilot, Google, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor reviews, respond to customer feedback, manage escalations, and support review generation efforts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to support commercial priorities.
  • Use AI tools actively in writing, editing, research, and planning to produce high-volume, high-quality content.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of content management experience in a brand or technology company with direct ownership of a CMS in production.
  • Hands-on experience with Storyblok or a comparable headless/component-based CMS such as Contentful, Sanity, or Prismic.
  • Proven writing samples across multiple formats, including blog posts, website copy, ebooks or guides, and social media content.
  • Writing samples that demonstrate both B2C and B2B experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of on-page SEO, including meta titles and descriptions, heading structure, alt text, URL conventions, internal linking, and basic structured data.
  • Familiarity with GEO and AEO concepts and the ability to apply them to content planning and structure.
  • Experience managing organic social media channels, including Canva for visuals and Hootsuite or a similar scheduling platform.
  • Confident use of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console for performance tracking and decision-making.
  • Active use of an AI writing tool such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar as part of a regular workflow.
  • Must be based in the UK and available to work core hours of 9:00 am to 5:30 pm GMT.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
  • Excellent written English with strong grammar, editorial judgment, and the ability to adapt tone across B2C and B2B audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and comfort using project management tools such as Linear, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Familiarity with Canva for creating social media visuals and basic design assets.
  • Experience managing review platforms such as Feefo, Trustpilot, or Google Reviews is desirable.
  • Experience publishing content across multiple languages or regional locales within a CMS is desirable.
  • Background in e-commerce, logistics, SaaS, or a price comparison or marketplace environment is desirable.
  • Experience working in a lean, remote-first team without agency support is desirable.
