Description

  • Develop and lead Panorama’s events strategy across multiple event types, ensuring alignment to pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Define event objectives, target audiences, success metrics, and go-to-market plans for each event.
  • Build a scalable operating model, playbooks, and processes to manage multiple concurrent events without compromising quality.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end events including vendor management, logistics, speaker management, attendee communications, and onsite/virtual delivery.
  • Embed lead capture and audience engagement strategies into event design and execution to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Own and manage the events budget, prioritize investments based on expected impact, and track performance and ROI.
  • Create post-event reporting with actionable insights and recommendations to improve future programming.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Client Partnerships, marketing, content, product marketing, and leadership to align messaging, staffing, outreach, and follow-up motions.
  • Drive operational rigor across timelines, resourcing plans, event calendars, and communication workflows.
  • Manage, mentor, and support a team of two direct reports, setting clear priorities, development goals, and performance expectations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B tech events management, including ownership of a high-volume event portfolio.
  • 3+ years of people management experience with a track record of coaching and developing team members.
  • Proven ability to build and execute event strategies that drive pipeline creation and measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong experience managing budgets, prioritizing investments, and assessing performance/ROI.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cohesive event programs and follow-up strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to represent the brand confidently with external audiences.
  • Experience in edtech is strongly preferred, or a strong interest and ability to ramp quickly in the space.
  • Experience running event programs across both in-person and virtual formats at scale (preferred).
  • Familiarity with event tech platforms and lead management workflows (e.g., badge scans, registration tools, CRM/MAP integration) and experience building repeatable playbooks in a fast-growing organization (preferred).
