Description

  • Own end-to-end event content development and execution across conferences, customer events, summits, webinars, and other thought leadership opportunities.
  • Develop keynote presentations, session content, roundtable materials, speaker prep, and presentation assets from concept through final delivery.
  • Manage conference speaking proposals, including session titles, abstracts, learning objectives, and supporting materials.
  • Tailor content strategy to different audiences, such as superintendents, state chiefs, and district leaders.
  • Identify, build, and maintain a pipeline of internal and customer speakers, and prepare them with talk tracks, messaging guidance, and presentation coaching.
  • Partner with Event Marketing to coordinate speaking submissions, presentation timelines, and event logistics.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and customer-facing teams to source customer stories and align content with broader marketing goals and product launches.
  • Work closely with executives, subject matter experts, and customers to turn ideas into polished, engaging event content.
  • Create scalable templates, best practices, processes, and SLAs for content development, review, and approvals.
  • Evaluate event content performance and gather feedback to improve future programming.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event content development, content marketing, or a related field.
  • Deep familiarity with K-12 education; experience in school, district, or state education is strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio of presentation content across webinars, workshops, executive keynotes, and conference sessions.
  • Strong storytelling ability and the capability to craft clear, compelling narratives for education leaders and educators.
  • Strong visual storytelling instincts, including experience shaping slide design and working with designers on presentations.
  • Experience sourcing, preparing, and managing internal and external speakers, including customers.
  • Comfort working directly with senior leaders and executives with strong presence and professional judgment.
  • Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and improve work without ego.
  • Outstanding organization and project management skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
  • Familiarity with and active use of AI tools to support content and presentation development.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect content decisions to brand awareness, pipeline, and revenue goals.
  • Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
