Description

  • Oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts (each >$100k ARR) across the Mid-Atlantic to Southeast, owning retention and growth outcomes.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with executive decision-makers and cross-functional stakeholders to expand Panorama’s reach within each account.
  • Lead the renewal process with a strategic, consultative approach to secure timely contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews and Outcome Reviews to demonstrate impact, reinforce value, and align Panorama’s solutions with client goals and KPIs.
  • Build and execute comprehensive, data-driven account plans that drive adoption, engagement, and expansion.
  • Leverage client adoption metrics, engagement data, and customer feedback to tailor account strategies and prioritize high-impact activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, and other teams to deliver cohesive client support and streamline handoffs.
  • Proactively engage clients to drive long-term retention and run high-impact initiatives for partnership expansion.
  • Travel up to 30–40% for in-person executive reviews, strategic account planning, and partnership meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account management experience managing high-value accounts with a track record of client retention and expansion.
  • Experience managing accounts that generate >$100k ARR (or similar high-value accounts).
  • EdTech background strongly preferred; experience with education leadership at the school, district, or state level is a significant plus.
  • Proven ability to expand networks within client organizations to include executive stakeholders and strategic contacts.
  • Skilled in using data to inform client strategy, including analyzing adoption metrics, usage data, and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders and conducting Executive Business Reviews.
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for a portfolio, balancing retention and growth goals.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30–40% for in-person meetings.
  • Required to be based in the East Coast to Southeast region of the United States.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapting to changing priorities.

  • Base salary range $113,760–$151,680 plus variable compensation of $31,600.
