Description

  • Set up and manage project collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Smartsheet, Miro, and OneNote.
  • Provision and manage access for client and internal project team members.
  • Coordinate Business Process Guidance sessions, meetings, agendas, schedules, and action items.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, presentation decks, Excel trackers, Smartsheet files, meeting minutes, and project artifacts.
  • Maintain documentation and deliverable tracking throughout CEMLI implementation cycles.
  • Prepare Conference Room Pilot presentations and execution trackers.
  • Maintain project recordings, session transcripts, and knowledge repositories.
  • Track RAID items and follow up with functional and technical teams.
  • Maintain change request logs and change management trackers to support scope management.
  • Coordinate SIT and UAT activities, including test execution, defect tracking, documentation, and progress monitoring.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, status dashboards, and documentation accuracy.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting project initiation and implementation activities.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Smartsheet, Miro, and OneNote.
  • Ability to manage project documentation, trackers, dashboards, and knowledge repositories.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, workshops, schedules, agendas, and action items.
  • Understanding of RAID tracking and project scope or change management processes.
  • Experience supporting CEMLI implementation cycles and maintaining deliverables.
  • Experience coordinating System Integration Testing, including defect tracking and progress monitoring.
  • Experience preparing User Acceptance Testing documentation and supporting materials.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills when working with functional and technical teams.
