Description

  • Drive the long-term technical strategy and evolution of the Document Domain.
  • Balance product needs, scalability, reliability, and developer experience in platform decisions.
  • Champion AI-driven development workflows across the engineering organization.
  • Mentor engineers and improve engineering productivity, quality, and effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-team initiatives to deliver best-in-class document capabilities.
  • Align architecture and engineering practices across the track.
  • Improve platform reliability and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Evolve the document platform to support new product capabilities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of development experience with Python.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, including SQL, migrations, and optimization.
  • Experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ, NATS, or Kafka.
  • Knowledge of event-driven systems, DDD fundamentals, and asynchronous programming.
  • Fluent with AI workflows for development to improve personal and team productivity.
  • Experience mentoring other engineers and supporting their technical growth.
  • Ability to work on domain strategy and create solid one-year plans.
  • Good understanding of the development cycle from requirements analysis and deployment to application monitoring.
  • Extensive hands-on experience developing applications.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, across engineering teams.
  • Experience with Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, Memcached, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or AsyncIO (preferred).
  • Experience with Grafana monitoring tools such as Loki, Tempo, Mimir, and Grafana (preferred).
