Description

  • Convert closed customer commitments into structured enterprise implementation plans.
  • Manage multiple customer implementations, including onboarding, go-live execution, milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Lead customer implementation calls and coordinate technical delivery across customer and internal teams.
  • Partner with operations, IT, product, engineering, AI, sales, and executive stakeholders to operationalize customer workflows.
  • Identify implementation blockers and customer risks early, escalate them clearly, and drive resolution.
  • Track workflow adoption, usage, customer health, and implementation risk visibility.
  • Capture and document measurable customer value, ROI, and operational evidence.
  • Deliver executive-ready customer progress updates on go-live, adoption, risk, and value milestones.
  • Build implementation playbooks and improve post-sales handoffs, operating cadence, and execution discipline.
  • Identify expansion signals and provide structured handoffs to commercial teams.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in technical or enterprise implementation, technical program management, solutions consulting, value realization, strategic account management, or enterprise customer success.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise customers and senior business, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS, logistics, supply chain, warehouse, retail, manufacturing, field operations, or workflow automation.
  • Ability to manage projects, communicate clearly with customers, and follow through on execution commitments.
  • Comfort working with technical products, APIs, integrations, data workflows, and enterprise systems.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into clear internal execution plans.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving startup and create clarity in ambiguous environments.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites for pilots, implementations, go-lives, executive readouts, and relationship building.
  • Experience with logistics, warehousing, 3PL, manufacturing, retail operations, supply chain technology, AI, computer vision, automation, or workflow platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with WMS, TMS, ERP, NetSuite, AS400, SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or similar systems (preferred).

Benefits

  • Target base salary of $135,000–$150,000, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
  • Expected total compensation of $175,000–$200,000 OTE, including a performance-based bonus.
