Description

  • Design and evolve Salesforce architecture to support hypergrowth and long-term scalability.
  • Establish architectural principles that improve development velocity and system consistency.
  • Implement lean governance that preserves CRM integrity while enabling fast delivery.
  • Make technical trade-offs that balance immediate business needs with future architecture goals.
  • Transform technical debt management into a business enablement strategy.
  • Lead technical work on major initiatives, including Revenue Cloud implementation.
  • Optimize a highly customized Flow-based Salesforce environment for performance and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Data Engineering, and stakeholders across the company on CRM initiatives.

Requirements

  • Salesforce CTA or equivalent depth, with a clear path to CTA.
  • Application Architect and System Architect certifications.
  • 8+ years of experience architecting complex Salesforce solutions.
  • Deep expertise in Flow-based automation.
  • Strong experience with data modeling, security, and integration patterns.
  • Experience designing solutions that scale from hundreds to thousands of users.
  • Experience with modern DevOps practices, including source control, CI/CD, and testing.
  • Apex and LWC development experience.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments (preferred).
  • Experience partnering closely with revenue, data, or operations teams in a high-growth environment (preferred).
