Description

  • Own the day-to-day brand voice and visual system across web, email, social, paid media, packaging, and retail.
  • Develop campaign concepts and execute designs for product launches, seasonal promotions, and always-on performance marketing.
  • Build and evolve the brand system, including components, templates, tokens, motion, photography direction, and guidelines.
  • Create AI-powered workflows that reduce manual work, compress timelines, and increase output without sacrificing craft.
  • Partner closely with product design, growth, lifecycle, and creative production teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders on copy, intent, and execution.
  • Translate product specs into polished, emotionally effective brand and campaign work.
  • Contribute to and improve design systems that help the broader organization move faster.
  • Work in an experience-first way, designing moments across channels rather than isolated assets.

Requirements

  • Experience as a designer with a strong ability to add emotion and human perspective to brand work.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn product specs into effective creative that lands with audiences.
  • AI-native approach, with hands-on experience using tools such as Figma MCP and Claude.
  • Ability to identify repetitive work and build automation into the design process.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with an empathetic, stakeholder-partnering approach.
  • High craft standards in typography, layout, color, motion, and restraint.
  • Ability to present solutions and recommendations rather than just identifying problems.
  • Systems-thinking mindset with the ability to build once and reuse across many applications.
  • Portfolio showing brand and campaign work with emotional range, modern premium design, and strong systems thinking.
  • Preferred experience in consumer hardware, health, or parenting categories.
  • Preferred experience with experimental AI, generative, or 3D craft work that pushes the medium.
  • Preferred photography art direction experience.
  • Preferred knowledge of GitHub.
  • Preferred knowledge of UX design.
