Description

  • Oversee vendor onboarding, including NDAs, New Vendor Forms, Quality Agreements, and Manufacturing Service Agreements.
  • Maintain and organize supplier documentation to support compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
  • Track supplier performance metrics and prepare data and summaries for Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Coordinate communication with suppliers, resolve operational issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead RFQ processes to identify and source suppliers for new development components for New Product Introduction.
  • Manage purchase orders for NPI builds, including quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Partner with engineering and suppliers throughout the product development lifecycle to support component selection, supplier readiness, and cost management.
  • Support pricing negotiations for new and existing products to maintain cost competitiveness.
  • Review supplier quotations to validate pricing accuracy and identify cost optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor consignment inventory, yield loss, PPV reports, and weekly MRP to track material usage, assess supply risk, and maintain material availability.
  • Resolve material shortages by coordinating with suppliers and cross-functional teams to keep production running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in sourcing, supply chain, or procurement, preferably in manufacturing, medical, or consumer electronics environments.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Familiarity with basic AI tools and the ability to use them to improve productivity, data analysis, and workflow efficiency.
  • Experience with international sourcing or overseas suppliers is preferred.
  • Additional language proficiency is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sustainable sourcing or responsible procurement practices is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CPM, CPSM, or CIPS are a plus.
