Description

  • Lead and scale the global DTC P&L across the US, UK, AU, CA, and additional international markets.
  • Partner with performance marketing to analyze conversion, A/B testing, and customer journey data to improve site performance.
  • Own the DTC testing roadmap to optimize checkout flow, reduce cart abandonment, and improve mobile-first user experience.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to manage weeks of supply, keep high-velocity SKUs in stock, and clear aging inventory.
  • Own sales forecasting, financial planning, and P&L management for the global DTC channel.
  • Build weekly bottoms-up sales forecasts and adjust promotional spend against daily revenue targets.
  • Direct paid media strategy and partner with performance teams to optimize acquisition budgets and efficiency metrics.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between DTC Sales and teams in Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and inform go-to-market strategy.
  • Coordinate with regional sales teams to align DTC strategy with retail performance and manage channel conflict.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a high-growth DTC environment, with heavy focus on Shopify Plus or enterprise-level ecommerce platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role with responsibility for aggressive sales quotas.
  • Experience managing international DTC businesses, localized storefronts, and international 3PL coordination.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and coordinating strategy with Marketing or Digital teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, financial modeling, forecasting, and ecommerce or BI tools.
  • Experience optimizing and using Shopify Plus, Google Analytics 4, Klaviyo, CRO platforms, and similar tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with cross-functional teams on digital marketing and user experience strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presenting complex data and strategies to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing media budgets and directing agency partners or internal performance teams across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
  • Experience in Baby Care, Consumer Electronics, or MedTech/Health is preferred.
  • Knowledge of global payment processing, localization, and international shipping/logistics for ecommerce is preferred.
  • Experience managing Amazon or other major global marketplace accounts is preferred.
