Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with corporate and product branding objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end communication projects, including project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Advise internal and external stakeholders on strategic communications to protect and enhance the organization’s reputation.
  • Oversee the creation and production of communication assets such as press releases, articles, newsletters, presentations, website copy, and social content.
  • Implement crisis communication plans to address issues during emergencies and mitigate reputational risk.
  • Measure communication effectiveness by tracking KPIs, conducting audience research, gathering feedback, and analyzing results.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with broader business objectives.
  • Lead executive communications initiatives, including thought leadership, keynote speeches, internal and external messaging, and executive social media engagement.
  • Ensure all communication work follows industry standards and best practices for quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in communications, marketing operations, program management, or project management.
  • Must reside in Washington State or Texas to be considered.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates communication materials, presentations, executive messaging, or digital campaigns.
  • Experience developing and executing communication strategies.
  • Experience with digital and social media platforms for content creation and audience engagement.
  • Experience supporting senior executives in an executive communications role.
  • Experience in integrated marketing communications.
  • Familiarity with crisis communication planning and execution.
  • Experience in the technology industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Recent experience supporting the Microsoft client within the past 2–3 years is preferred.
  • Project management certification, such as PMP, is preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
