Description

  • Review applications and assess candidate profiles for potential fit with partner companies hiring through Overmind.
  • Reach out to shortlisted applicants within 5 working days to discuss interests, skills, and career goals.
  • Match developers with partner opportunities based on their background and development objectives.
  • Support community members through Overmind quests that help them build web3 skills and prepare for roles.
  • Facilitate warm introductions between candidates and partner companies currently hiring.
  • Help developers progress from learning into real-world web3 opportunities, including ecosystem roles and hackathons.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of development experience.
  • English working proficiency, both written and oral.
  • Experience with Solidity, Rust, or Move is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree, boot camp, or other certification in Computer Science or a related subject is preferred.
  • Interest in crypto/web3 and willingness to transition into the space.
  • Open to developers of all levels of coding experience.
  • Seeking a route into a new web3 role or next opportunity in web3.
