Description

  • Support project scopes of work, timelines, budgets, and equipment selections for fleet electrification projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop EV charging depot designs, including solar and battery storage systems.
  • Estimate engineering, construction, and utility interconnection costs for project budgets.
  • Coordinate site diligence covering real estate, zoning, permitting, and other development restrictions.
  • Define permitting requirements and support preparation of engineering deliverables.
  • Identify utility requirements, submit new service requests, and coordinate utility timelines and budgets.
  • Track design and engineering schedules, budgets, and subcontractor deliverables.
  • Support project handoffs to implementation teams after customer contract execution.
  • Improve project scoping methodologies and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of directly related professional experience.
  • Experience working with electric utilities, including interconnection or new service requests (preferred).
  • Exposure to electric vehicle charging, renewable energy, or related clean energy technologies (preferred).
  • Experience in electrical engineering, construction, or infrastructure project development (preferred).
  • Experience working with permitting authorities having jurisdiction or similar regulatory bodies (preferred).
  • Project management experience in engineering or construction environments (preferred).
  • Ability to work remotely from California and travel approximately 20%.
