Description

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project plans, specifications, and scope of work.
  • Perform quantity takeoffs for construction projects.
  • Review blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and progress throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist project managers with planning, procurement, and project coordination.
  • Maintain organized project records and documentation.
  • Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Research material and labor costs to support accurate project estimates.
  • Ensure estimates and project documentation are completed accurately and on schedule.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in construction estimating, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction specifications.
  • Knowledge of construction terminology, materials, methods, and estimating principles.
  • Experience performing quantity takeoffs and preparing cost estimates.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • English proficiency at a C1 level or higher with a slight to neutral accent.
  • Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office.
  • Experience with estimating software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, STACK, ProEst, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Microsoft Project (preferred).
  • Experience supporting residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects (preferred).
  • Familiarity with subcontractor bidding, procurement, and vendor management (preferred).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based construction companies (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot (preferred).
