Description

  • Design, write, and optimise prompts for conversational AI systems, including voice agents, chatbots, and multi-channel assistants.
  • Translate business requirements into effective conversational flows and dialogue structures.
  • Collaborate with developers, linguists, and QA testers to improve AI responses and reduce errors.
  • Analyse transcripts and call/chat logs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct A/B testing and prompt fine-tuning to improve accuracy, compliance, and user satisfaction.
  • Document prompt libraries, version changes, and testing results for knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure prompts reflect brand voice, regulatory compliance, and cultural context across AU, PH, US, and EU markets.
  • Contribute to AI Receptionist, Customer Service Agent, Sales Agent, and custom solution design across different industries.

Requirements

  • Strong background in linguistics, communications, AI/ML, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience working with LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Cohere, or with conversational AI platforms.
  • Understanding of NLP principles, dialogue management, and AI behaviour shaping.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and tone adaptation.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and recommend improvements.
  • Experience with Make, Zapier, APIs, or custom AI integrations is a plus.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks in areas such as debt collection, finance, healthcare, or IT support is highly regarded.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and creativity.
