Description

  • Map current marketing workflows to identify manual bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
  • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automation pipelines for content, localization, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Write and optimize prompts for LLMs to produce consistent, on-brand, structured outputs.
  • Build custom AI agents for tasks such as compliance checks, copy-editing, and creative brief generation.
  • Maintain reliable data flows between Google Sheets, Airtable, CRM systems, and SQL databases.
  • Monitor, debug, and improve existing automations as APIs and tools change.
  • Train the marketing team to use the tools and agents you build.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Make.com, n8n, or Zapier.
  • Practical experience with AI/LLM tools, including OpenAI API, Anthropic API, and vector databases or frameworks like LangChain or Flowise.
  • Experience with web scraping tools such as BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, or Apify.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth authentication.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills for generating consistent, structured LLM outputs.
  • A proactive mindset focused on finding automation opportunities in manual, repetitive work.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues in clear, business-focused language.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to measure the impact of automations.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
