Description

  • Architect and evolve per-tenant knowledge graph schemas, including entity resolution, temporal modeling, and ontology design for sales execution.
  • Build NLP information extraction pipelines that convert calls, emails, CRM notes, and other unstructured data into structured knowledge.
  • Design reasoning and inference layers over the knowledge graph to power next-best-action recommendations, deal risk signals, coaching recommendations, and competitive intelligence.
  • Develop and train graph-based models such as GNNs, relational embeddings, and link prediction models for heterogeneous, multi-relational graphs.
  • Model sales execution concepts such as deal stages, buyer engagement patterns, rep behaviors, and account health into structured representations.
  • Diagnose and improve embedding quality issues such as cold-start entities and temporal drift.
  • Lead ontology extraction, versioning, and migration efforts.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and data teams to move models from prototype to production and ensure reliability at scale.
  • Own research and model development initiatives from problem formulation through deployment and ongoing performance monitoring.

Requirements

  • PhD in Computer Science, NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field with focus in knowledge representation and reasoning, information extraction, graph neural networks, recommendation systems, or conversation AI/dialogue systems.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with graph databases or query languages such as Neo4j, SPARQL, or Cypher.
  • Strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to write production-quality code.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and break vague product goals into concrete technical problems.
  • Track record of building research prototypes, open-source contributions, or side projects with real systems thinking.
  • Strong ownership across research, experimentation, production deployment, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate research concepts into product impact.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members or leading technical work.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of hands-on experience applying knowledge graphs or graph-based learning methods in production.
  • Preferred: Strong fundamentals in at least two of knowledge graph construction, information extraction, graph neural networks, or recommender systems.
  • Preferred: Experience with large-scale unstructured text data such as conversational transcripts or email.
  • Preferred: Experience with probabilistic graphical models, conversational AI, or sales/revenue domain data.
  • Preferred: Published research at top-tier venues.
