Description

  • Design, implement, and improve machine learning systems.
  • Contribute to machine learning applications end to end, from research and prototyping to production deployment.
  • Work with product managers, designers, and customers to define product vision and strategy.
  • Reconstruct customer engagement workflows from data to support continuous optimization.
  • Develop metrics to measure the success and efficiency of customer engagement workflows.
  • Provide tools that help optimize customer engagement workflows.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and application engineers on data science strategy.
  • Help deliver new customer-facing features and products alongside experienced engineers, designers, and product managers.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of industry or equivalent experience.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Python or Golang.
  • Experience building microservices.
  • Substantial experience building and managing infrastructure for deploying and running ML models in production.
  • Experience with distributed data processing frameworks such as Spark.
  • Some knowledge of statistics and machine learning with practical experience applying them to real-world problems.
  • Experience in Gen AI application or agent development is a plus.
  • Experience with frameworks like LangChain or OpenAI Agent SDK is a plus.
  • Experience with Spark MLlib, AWS, Databricks, or MLflow is a plus.
