Description

  • Lead AI Agent pilots and full implementations in customer environments to drive fast, measurable outcomes.
  • Deploy, configure, and tune Outreach’s AI Revenue Agents (e.g., Revenue Agent, Research Agent, Conversation Agent, Deal Agent) for customer-specific use cases.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps stakeholders to map and analyze GTM workflows and identify opportunities to embed AI agents.
  • Customize agent behavior via prompts, data integrations, routing logic, and system configurations to meet customer requirements.
  • Translate complex business processes into clear, executable deployment plans and success criteria.
  • Develop, document, and maintain repeatable implementation patterns, playbooks, and collateral to scale deployments.
  • Act as a liaison to Product and Engineering by providing structured customer feedback and communicating roadmap priorities.
  • Train and enable customer teams, support change management, and provide functional support during pilots, MVPs, and rollouts.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams throughout iterative implementation cycles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer-facing implementation or deployment roles (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Revenue Operations, FDE roles).
  • US-based applicants only (must reside in the United States).
  • Experience with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or prompt engineering is a plus.
  • Technical experience with SaaS integrations, APIs, data pipelines, or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of sales workflows (prospecting, discovery, pipeline management, deal review).
  • Ability to translate complex business processes into clear, executable deployment plans and success criteria.
  • Strong communication skills for working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative implementation models (pilots, MVPs, rollouts).
  • Nice to have: experience with AI copilots/agents or LLM-powered tools, familiarity with the Outreach platform, background in Revenue Operations or GTM consulting, and experience with scripting/tools such as Python, SQL, or Postman for light configuration/debugging.

  • Base salary range $90,000 - $110,000 plus possible incentive compensation, bonus, and restricted stock units.
