Description

  • Contribute to paid media briefs by aligning stakeholders on objectives, channel mix, audiences, creative needs, budget, and measurement.
  • Support the development of market-specific media strategies and plans with agency partners and internal teams.
  • Review regional budget allocations and recommend shifts based on performance, seasonality, and business priorities.
  • Coordinate campaign execution by aligning timelines, deliverables, and launch readiness across channel experts and agencies.
  • Review channel plans and campaign setups before launch to ensure they align with briefs, budgets, and regional priorities.
  • Monitor pacing and in-flight performance, flagging risks or gaps and supporting optimizations.
  • Manage day-to-day coordination with agency partners to keep priorities, timelines, and deliverables aligned.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Retail, B2B, and Analytics teams on campaign objectives, measurement, and reporting cadence.
  • Translate campaign data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations with channel leads.
  • Maintain budgets, spend trackers, and campaign calendars while helping improve regional media workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of paid media experience in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Hands-on exposure across multiple channels, including paid social, paid search, programmatic, and retail media.
  • Experience supporting campaign execution and performance across the full funnel.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CAC, with familiarity in incrementality and MMM/MTA frameworks.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and business stakeholders.
  • Confidence in managing agencies and evaluating media plans, optimizations, and testing roadmaps.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with strong project management and communication skills in fast-paced environments.
  • US remote role; candidates residing in AK, DE, IA, MS, NE, SD, WV, or WI are not being considered.
