Description

  • Define and own the global influencer strategy across paid partnerships, affiliate, and seeding programs.
  • Build a scalable operating model that connects creators, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and campaign planning.
  • Establish global frameworks for creator selection, measurement, activation, reporting, and brand alignment.
  • Lead influencer execution across priority markets and coordinate with international teams and regional agencies.
  • Partner with Paid Media, Finance, Creative, Lifecycle, Social Media, Community, PR, and Sports Marketing to align programs and execution.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the influencer marketing team as the function grows.
  • Own creator sourcing, vetting, negotiation, relationship management, and agency oversight.
  • Drive performance reporting, including CAC, ROI, conversion efficiency, reach, and brand lift metrics.
  • Lead affiliate strategy, platform selection, partnership models, commission structures, and ongoing optimization.
  • Own seeding strategy and influencer CRM systems to build creator pipelines and convert seeded creators into paid or affiliate partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or performance-driven marketing.
  • Proven experience building and scaling influencer programs as measurable growth channels.
  • Strong understanding of paid media and how influencer content drives acquisition and CAC efficiency.
  • Deep experience negotiating and managing creator partnerships and talent relationships.
  • Experience building affiliate, seeding, or creator pipeline programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect influencer performance to business outcomes.
  • Experience managing agencies and global programs across markets.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in health, wellness, or consumer technology is a plus.
