Description

  • Lead strategic network design and the end-to-end design, integration, maintenance, and advancement of operations systems.
  • Develop and maintain integration workflows across ERP, MRP, EDI, ecommerce, 3PL, and related platforms.
  • Implement optimization and automation initiatives to streamline and simplify the supply chain systems network.
  • Oversee daily support of key systems to ensure stability, data integrity, and reliability.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and system implementations with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Partner with Operations to analyze business processes and identify process improvement and tech-enabled opportunities.
  • Present the systems vision and align stakeholders across cross-functional and leadership teams.
  • Identify, manage, and communicate risks across the systems landscape.
  • Manage vendor relationships and lead business review meetings as needed.
  • Report system performance metrics, establish KPIs, and create controlled documents, training materials, and system training programs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of engineering experience in ERP systems, IT strategy, or solution architecture, preferably in the CPG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
  • Strong knowledge of EDI integration processes; TrueCommerce trading partner and Foundry platform experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, with Shopify preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies, including EDI and API.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with Excel Power Query experience preferred.
  • Development and coding experience is required.
  • Familiarity with contract manufacturing, 3PL fulfillment, and inventory management workflows, including strong knowledge of TMS and WMS systems.
  • Understanding of procure-to-pay and order-to-cash business processes.
  • Familiarity with data visualization, software development life cycle, data management, and system mapping practices.
  • Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally across multiple disciplines.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop direct reports in a high-growth environment.
