Description

  • Lead OUAI’s global brand voice across campaign and product copy development.
  • Write copy for product touchpoints including PDPs, retailer pages, product romance copy, launch copy, and short-form product marketing.
  • Develop brand and marketing copy for campaigns, PR mailers, notecards, OOH, print collateral, in-store VM, events, and some organic social.
  • Create copy for digital marketing channels including email, SMS, paid social, Amazon, and DTC site content.
  • Serve as the brand voice gatekeeper to ensure all external outputs align with OUAI’s brand guidelines and DNA.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Digital, and Sales on campaign and launch messaging.
  • Develop messaging guardrails and manage global master copy files.
  • Own copy asset management and keep materials current for internal teams and external partners.
  • Create presentations for internal stakeholders and retailer meetings to communicate storytelling and brand voice.
  • Partner with the digital team to build conversion-focused copy across multiple digital touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience preferred.
  • Experience writing for consumer goods, beauty, or a related industry with proven work examples.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience crafting copy for both product content and brand marketing across multiple channels.
  • Experience writing across a wide range of marketing platforms with a strong understanding of the landscape.
  • Ability to translate business priorities into compelling consumer-facing messaging.
  • Experience successfully concepting and managing projects from start to finish.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to think strategically while also executing with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and collaboration tools like Slack and Figma.

Benefits

  • Temporary role covering a leave on the team.
  • Hourly rate of $60.00 to $75.00 per hour.
  • Start date in May 2026.
