Description

  • Assist with day-to-day corporate accounts payable and accounting operations, including vendor records and internal reconciliations.
  • Support the tracking and organization of SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, customer churn, and net revenue retention for executive dashboards.
  • Process employee expense reports, manage corporate spend logs, and cross-reference purchasing documentation.
  • Partner with internal accountants during month-end close, including bank ledger updates, data verification, and journal entries.
  • Use ERP and accounting tools to understand how financial data flows across systems, including platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or QuickBooks.
  • Research market trends, organize data for financial audits, and support special projects for the corporate operations team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with standard accounting tools or a willingness to learn cloud ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort collaborating in fully remote or hybrid team settings.
  • Proactive, tech-forward mindset and enthusiasm for learning financial technology.
