Description

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for market-level growth, financial, and quality performance metrics.
  • Partner with internal strategy teams to identify unmet consumer needs and support new product planning and rollout.
  • Shape and oversee the long-term business strategy and operating plans for assigned market(s).
  • Work with finance, data, and actuarial partners to monitor utilization and cost dynamics and identify deviations and mitigations.
  • Serve as a senior ambassador internally and externally, including interactions with state regulators and community stakeholders.
  • Partner with Clinical leadership to drive value-balanced decisions and achieve market-level quality targets.
  • Partner with the Growth team to develop and achieve membership, retention, and revenue goals.
  • Partner with Network leadership on provider contracting and operational priorities for local market success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with strategic hospital and provider systems and oversee transactions within the market.
  • Ensure compliance, including network adequacy, and maintain high standards across market operations.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience.
  • 10+ years of healthcare industry experience, including P&L responsibility.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • 10+ years of provider-facing experience.
  • MBA or other professional degree from a top-tier program, preferred.
  • Experience with growth-stage enterprises and scaling departments and processes, preferred.
