Description

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, including process mapping, data collection, and identification of improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define process improvement objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies, including process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow diagrams.
  • Use process management methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste.
  • Facilitate process improvement workshops and meetings for cross-functional teams.
  • Lead or participate in process improvement projects and support successful implementation of outcomes.
  • Monitor process performance using metrics and tools, and identify trends that need further attention.
  • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to management on findings, progress, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Engineering teams to identify and implement process automation opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in process management to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience.
  • 3+ years of work experience in process management, process improvement, or a similar field.
  • 2+ years of experience using process management methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar frameworks.
  • 2+ years of experience with end-to-end process management and mapping.
  • Experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher (preferred).
  • Must reside in Atlanta, Georgia and work remotely from that location.
