Description

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, including process mapping and data collection.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop process improvement strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define process improvement objectives.
  • Create process documentation, standard operating procedures, and workflow diagrams.
  • Apply process management methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste.
  • Facilitate process improvement workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead or participate in process improvement projects and support successful implementation.
  • Monitor process performance using metrics and tools, and identify trends requiring attention.
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for management on findings, progress, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Engineering teams to identify and implement process automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience.
  • 3+ years of work experience in process management, process improvement, or a similar field.
  • 2+ years of experience using process management methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar frameworks.
  • 2+ years of experience with end-to-end process management and mapping.
  • Experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is preferred.
