Description

  • Support strategic and operational initiatives with data-driven insights and recommendations to improve revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion across international markets.
  • Apply AI-enabled analytics and advanced techniques such as predictive modeling, segmentation, and automation to improve decision-making, forecasting accuracy, and go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance to translate business problems into analytical frameworks and actionable outputs.
  • Build and maintain scalable reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking tools, incorporating automation and AI where appropriate.
  • Support pipeline analysis, forecasting, and strategic assessment of performance and optimization opportunities such as renewals and churn risk.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across regions to inform business priorities and execution.
  • Lead or support project workstreams as needed while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership, through structured presentations and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, GTM operations, or similar roles within a SaaS or B2B technology organization.
  • MBA or graduate degree in a quantitative field is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of recurring revenue business models; familiarity with B2B software strongly preferred.
  • Advanced analytical and modeling skills with the ability to work across multiple data sources.
  • Advanced Excel required.
  • Experience using reporting, visualization, or analytics tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or Thinkcell.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI or machine learning tools or techniques in a business context, such as forecasting, segmentation, automation, or insight generation.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to apply a quantitative lens to strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and collaborate across functions.
