Description

  • Develop a strong understanding of Oscar’s processes, procedures, and tools.
  • Work with members, brokers, providers, and vendors across multiple communication channels.
  • Manage an assigned caseload while meeting service, productivity, and quality expectations.
  • Build working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Identify issues and escalate them through established pathways to leadership.
  • Monitor the status of assigned work-in-progress issues and track their resolution.
  • Escalate and resolve issues to ensure appropriate turnaround times.
  • Participate in process improvement projects.
  • Follow operational, regulatory, and compliance standards related to PHI and applicable laws.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English with full professional proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting.
  • 6+ months of healthcare experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work remotely from Georgia.
  • Availability for full-time Monday through Friday shifts.
  • Preferred experience with strong quantitative or analytical problem-solving.
  • Preferred experience manipulating and entering accurate data.
  • Preferred advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities.

Benefits

  • $19.00 per hour base pay.
  • Additional $1.00 per hour upon successful completion of the bilingual assessment.
