Description

  • Lead end-to-end operational improvement and workflow optimization projects, ensuring collaboration, adoption, and completion.
  • Support the design, optimization, and implementation of processes that improve efficiency and reduce member and provider friction.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to identify operational problems and process breaks.
  • Document requirements and build project plans for internal workflow and technology-related initiatives.
  • Analyze performance metrics to evaluate process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Represent service-delivery needs in company-wide projects and strategic technology launches.
  • Develop training materials, communications, and knowledge management updates to support implementation readiness.
  • Partner with business owners to implement procedural countermeasures that reduce manual workarounds.
  • Mentor team members and support colleagues’ growth.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in health insurance, a health system, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and establishing operating and technical procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or another related field is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience using data tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience using AI tools to support process optimization, task automation, or analytical insights is preferred.

  • Base salary of $87,188 to $141,134 per year.
