Description

  • Lead end-to-end cross-functional implementations and projects, including project planning, stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and issue mitigation.
  • Design, optimize, and implement process improvements that support organizational goals and knowledge management operations.
  • Collect, document, and manage business requirements and key project decisions.
  • Manage project governance across multiple initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Create, gather, analyze, and interpret data and metrics to evaluate departmental performance.
  • Assist in developing departmental metrics and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on implementation, communications, change management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor team members and support colleagues’ growth and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with knowledge management, content management systems, and collaboration tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement new features and troubleshoot system functionality.
  • 3+ years of work experience in operations, health insurance, or data analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management.
  • 2+ years of experience designing and improving workflows and establishing operating and technical procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools preferred.
  • Experience with Java, HTML, or similar coding languages used to structure web pages and content preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints preferred.

  • Base salary of $84,240 to $101,565 per year.
