Description

Lead product strategy with UX at the center for the order management platform.
Own the full UX process from user research and journey mapping through wireframing and high-fidelity prototyping.
Conduct merchant and stakeholder interviews to identify pain points and inform design decisions.
Build and iterate on prototypes using AI-assisted tools to quickly explore and validate concepts.
Define and maintain a cohesive design system and interaction patterns across the platform.
Write detailed UX specifications, annotated wireframes, and interaction guidelines for engineering.
Validate delivered features through hands-on QA and usability review to ensure alignment with UX intent.
Establish usability metrics such as task completion, error rates, and time-on-task, and use them to drive improvement.
Own the product roadmap while balancing business priorities with user experience quality.

Requirements

3+ years in Product Management with hands-on UX ownership.
Deep expertise in UX principles, including information architecture, interaction design, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.
Proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, component libraries, variables, and prototyping.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools such as v0, Galileo AI, Uizard, and Relume.
Ability to use AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT to generate user flows, draft UX copy, stress-test logic, and produce specs quickly.
Strong understanding of front-end fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and component-based architecture.
Experience conducting usability testing and turning findings into prioritized improvements.
Familiarity with usability testing tools such as Maze, Hotjar, or FullStory.
Background in B2B and/or eCommerce platforms and complex, data-dense workflows.
Bonus: background in UX Design or Frontend Engineering, experience building design systems from the ground up, familiarity with Confluence, Jira, or Portfolio, and experience with SAFe.
