Description

  • Design, build, and deliver learning programs across all levels, from onboarding through leadership development.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments with team leads to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable learning infrastructure, including an LMS and structured onboarding curriculum.
  • Create engaging training content in formats such as e-learning modules, workshops, toolkits, and self-directed resources.
  • Support feedback cycles by designing materials and enabling managers and teams with communication content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives and continuously improve programs.
  • Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand learning and capability needs.
  • Build community and engagement in a distributed, fully remote team environment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally in a fast-paced tech startup or scale-up environment.
  • A university degree in a related field, such as organizational psychology.
  • Certification as a Business Coach or Mediator.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
  • Ability to work independently and take programs from idea to delivery with minimal guidance.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with leaders at different levels of an organization.
  • Data-driven approach to evaluating and improving learning programs using metrics.
  • Fluency in English and German at C1+ level.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote setup and building engagement in a distributed team.
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy industry, such as government contracting, preferred.
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM, or e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate or Rise, preferred.
  • Experience setting up or managing an LMS from scratch, preferred.
  • Experience working across multiple countries or legal entities, preferred.
