Description

  • Design, build, and run learning programs that support employee development across all levels, including onboarding and leadership development.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments with team leads to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a scalable learning infrastructure, including an LMS and structured onboarding curriculum.
  • Create engaging training content in formats such as e-learning modules, workshops, toolkits, and self-directed resources.
  • Support feedback cycles by designing materials and training teams on communication and manager enablement content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of learning initiatives and use data to improve programs.
  • Work closely with leadership and teams to understand learning needs and capability-building priorities.
  • Take learning initiatives from idea to delivery with minimal hand-holding in a remote, distributed environment.
  • Build community and engagement across a fully remote team.
  • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous situations and prioritize competing needs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally in a fast-paced scaling environment such as a tech startup or scale-up.
  • A university degree in a related field, such as organizational psychology.
  • Certification as a Business Coach or Mediator.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with leaders at different levels of an organization.
  • Data-driven approach with experience using metrics to evaluate and improve learning programs.
  • Fluent in English and German at C1+ level.
  • Comfort working independently and owning programs end-to-end in a fully remote setup.
  • Ability to build community and engagement in a distributed team.
  • Experience in a regulated or compliance-heavy industry, such as government contracting, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM, or e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate or Rise, is preferred.
  • Experience setting up or managing an LMS from scratch is preferred.
  • Experience working across multiple countries or legal entities is preferred.
