Description

  • Identify and approach prospective restaurant clients and deliver customized product demos.
  • Sell OpenTable products and services to new restaurant partners.
  • Consistently meet monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with restaurant clients and market contacts.
  • Use Salesforce to manage strategic plans, forecasts, and contract processing.
  • Monitor product and technology changes to shape selling strategies and business plans.
  • Share market feedback with Product and Marketing teams.
  • Represent OpenTable in the hospitality industry through networking, events, and ongoing engagement.

Requirements

  • Remote role with up to 60% travel within Bangkok, Thailand to visit clients and restaurants.
  • Bilingual fluency in Thai and English.
  • Experience in restaurant management and/or sales in the food and beverage industry is strongly preferred but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of economic and industry drivers affecting restaurant businesses.
  • Well-honed discovery and consultative selling skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to drive business value in sales engagements.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers.
  • Experience using data to support strategies and decision-making.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Salesforce CRM.
  • Comfort working in an unstructured, forward-thinking environment.
