Description

  • Design and implement backend systems using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Translate business objectives and high-level product goals into technical solutions and working prototypes.
  • Build proof-of-concepts independently without detailed task breakdowns.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and system design discussions.
  • Use AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, LLM assistants, and agents in day-to-day development workflows.
  • Leverage AI to understand legacy systems, refactor code, and accelerate development responsibly.
  • Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs to ensure correctness, maintainability, and release stability.
  • Improve QA practices, testing discipline, and CI/CD workflows to support higher delivery velocity.
  • Help prevent technical debt while maintaining scalable and stable release processes.
  • Operate autonomously and help evolve engineering practices in an AI-accelerated environment.

Requirements

  • Strong backend engineering experience in a Node.js and TypeScript environment.
  • Experience operating autonomously as a Product Engineer or senior backend contributor.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in real development workflows.
  • Strong architectural thinking and system design skills.
  • Deep understanding of testing, QA, and release processes.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into technical execution.
  • Experience improving CI/CD pipelines (nice to have).
  • Experience scaling QA processes in high-velocity teams (nice to have).
  • Exposure to DevOps practices (nice to have).
  • Experience working in AI-accelerated development environments (nice to have).
