Description

  • Design and implement backend solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Translate high-level product objectives into technical solutions and working increments.
  • Build prototypes independently without detailed task breakdowns.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and system design discussions.
  • Use AI tools such as Copilot, Cursor, and LLM-based assistants in day-to-day development.
  • Leverage AI to understand legacy systems, refactor code, and accelerate delivery responsibly.
  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, maintainability, and engineering quality.
  • Improve QA processes and strengthen testing practices to support faster delivery.
  • Enhance CI/CD workflows and help keep release processes stable and scalable.
  • Prevent technical debt while increasing development velocity.

Requirements

  • Strong backend engineering experience in a Node.js / TypeScript environment.
  • Experience operating autonomously as a Product Engineer or senior backend contributor.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in real development workflows.
  • Strong architectural thinking and system design skills.
  • Deep understanding of testing, QA, and release processes.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into technical execution.
  • Experience improving CI/CD pipelines (nice to have).
  • Experience scaling QA processes in high-velocity teams (nice to have).
  • Exposure to DevOps practices (nice to have).
  • Experience working in AI-accelerated development environments (nice to have).
