Description

  • Write and edit content across landing pages, product pages, articles, tutorials, and emails.
  • Own the content process end to end, including research, production, publishing, analysis, and iteration.
  • Work with product, support, and development teams to turn customer problems into useful content.
  • Use SEO, GEO, analytics, AI-search visibility, and customer feedback to inform content decisions.
  • Build AI-assisted workflows that improve speed and efficiency while maintaining quality.
  • Review and validate AI-generated content for accuracy and reliability.
  • Shape content direction based on real business goals and performance data.
  • Experiment with new processes and continuously improve content systems and operations.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a product IT company with demonstrated measurable impact from content.
  • Experience managing people, collaborating across teams, or leading content initiatives.
  • Practical experience using AI in production workflows, beyond simple prompting.
  • Comfort with experimenting, building processes, and improving systems without perfect structure.
  • Strong ownership, judgment, and focus on business outcomes.
  • Ability to think like an operator and strategist, not only a writer.
