Description

  • Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and help them realize value from Onit solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and ensure a proactive customer experience.
  • Translate legal operations pain points into actionable technical solutions and workflow improvements.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, configuration recommendations, and platform best practices.
  • Triage and manage support escalations with Product, Engineering, and Support to drive resolution.
  • Advocate internally for customer needs and product enhancements based on recurring themes and feedback.
  • Conduct business reviews, usage assessments, advisory sessions, and roadmap discussions with customers.
  • Document customer workflows, integrations, and technical considerations for internal continuity.
  • Maintain an ongoing communication cadence with accounts, including QBRs and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as legal operations, vendor management, legal analyst, or customer success.
  • Proven success supporting enterprise clients in a SaaS environment, preferably in B2B legal tech or enterprise software.
  • Familiarity with legal operations processes including eBilling platforms, matter management, legal billing, and outside counsel guidelines.
  • Awareness of audit practices and industry standards such as LEDES and UTBMS.
  • Strong ability to work with both technical stakeholders and non-technical legal operations users.
  • Experience mapping legal workflows and identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and process improvement.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
  • Comfort navigating APIs, cloud platforms, and custom integrations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise risk or GRC software platforms is a plus.

  • $118,000 to $135,000 base salary plus 20% commission.
