Description

  • Conduct risk-based Business Impact Analyses and prioritize continuity planning efforts with business stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans for critical functions and systems.
  • Map business processes, system dependencies, and third-party integrations.
  • Lead tabletop exercises to test continuity and recovery strategies.
  • Track and drive remediation of continuity and application recovery gaps.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resilience initiatives, including training and awareness programs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise during crisis activations affecting business operations.
  • Support third-party and outsourced business continuity risk management.
  • Maintain program documentation, workflows, and operational readiness artifacts.
  • Participate in internal practice meetings, thought leadership, case studies, and practice development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Continuity Planning.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, consulting, or similar environments.
  • Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects in large organizations.
  • Strong experience conducting and facilitating tabletop exercises.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder-facing experience.
  • Experience developing and documenting processes, workflows, and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with business and technical acumen.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in crisis management and incident response preferred.
  • Familiarity with Confluence, SharePoint, or similar collaboration platforms preferred.
  • Exposure to third-party risk management or vendor resiliency programs preferred.
  • Must be available as a direct W2 candidate; sponsorship is not offered.
