Description

Serve as the technical owner and architect of Salesforce, including platform design, data architecture, security, and scalability.
Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Provider Operations, Finance, and Member Services to translate business needs into system solutions.
Ensure Salesforce functions as a reliable system of record and integrates cleanly with adjacent platforms.
Architect and implement automation using Salesforce Flow, declarative tools, and programmatic solutions where needed.
Design, develop, and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and other custom code solutions.
Manage deployments across sandbox and production environments, including change sets, version control, and release coordination.
Establish and enforce sandbox management practices for development, testing, and UAT.
Design and maintain integrations, data quality, governance, and data integrity across Salesforce and third-party systems.
Maintain documentation for system architecture, data models, integrations, and workflows.
Establish best practices for configuration, customization, release management, and change control.

Requirements

6+ years of Salesforce experience in a technical, architecture-oriented role such as Administrator, Developer, Architect, or Systems Lead.
Strong Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security, automation, and platform limits.
Strong experience designing and supporting cross-system integrations using APIs, middleware, ETL, or event-driven patterns.
Proficiency with Salesforce Flow, including Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows.
Experience managing multi-environment release strategies from sandbox to UAT to production.
Familiarity with Git and Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system designs.
Experience supporting multi-team, multi-workflow environments across functions such as Sales, CS, Operations, and Finance.
Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent demonstrated experience required; Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Architect certifications strongly preferred.

Benefits

Base salary range of $145,000 to $165,000.
Eligibility for equity incentive participation.
