Description

  • Design, configure, and deploy end-to-end conversational AI solutions on the Omilia OCP platform.
  • Build agentic workflows combined with traditional NLU models and omnichannel integrations.
  • Integrate GenAI capabilities into production systems, including RAG pipelines, embedding search, and LLM prompt engineering.
  • Manage contact center infrastructure integrations such as IVR, SIP, CTI, and omnichannel APIs.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned client engagements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical architectures and customer experience designs.
  • Maintain trusted relationships with customers and partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and manage delivery risks, escalate complex technical issues, and drive resolution.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Contribute to internal delivery accelerators, tooling, reusable components, and best-practice documentation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering conversational AI or agentic automation solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Proven delivery experience with at least one major conversational AI platform such as Omilia OCP, Cognigy, Kore.ai, Google CCAI, Nuance, or Amazon Lex.
  • Practical experience integrating GenAI or LLM capabilities into production systems, including RAG, embeddings, prompt engineering, and LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Claude.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, preferred, or Node.js for backend integrations and automation scripting.
  • Experience with CX and contact center infrastructure, including IVR, SIP, CTI, and omnichannel API integrations.
  • Ability to lead technical client conversations and convert complex requirements into implementation plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in ambiguous, fast-paced, client-facing environments.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across delivery, product, sales, and platform teams.
  • Excellent written and spoken English for communication with global customers and engineering teams.
  • Vendor professional certification is preferred, such as Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Cognigy.
  • Familiarity with Omilia OCP, Pathfinder, Voice Biometrics, CoPilot, or OptimizeIQ is preferred.
  • Domain experience in banking, healthcare, utilities, or insurance CX is preferred.
  • Exposure to bot analytics or AI quality monitoring tooling is preferred.
