Description

  • Administer identity and access management tasks such as user account creation, access provisioning, SSO configuration, and access reviews.
  • Manage SaaS application administration for tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Okta, and collaboration platforms.
  • Resolve escalated IT support requests and handle complex hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Monitor system health, apply patches, and ensure endpoint compliance with security policies.
  • Manage the IT asset lifecycle, including procurement tracking, provisioning, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Design and maintain runbooks, onboarding and offboarding procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • Support IT security audits and help collect compliance evidence.
  • Collaborate with IT Support Engineers on escalated tickets and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation and contribute to IT operations workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of IT administration or systems administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of identity management platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with MDM/EMM solutions such as Jamf or Intune for enterprise device management.
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS administration; basic Linux skills are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with IT security frameworks, endpoint protection, and patch management.
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ITIL processes.
  • Strong attention to detail in systems configuration and documentation.
  • Good communication skills for both technical peers and end-user audiences.
  • Organised and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple systems responsibilities concurrently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft/Google systems administration certifications are nice to have.
