Description

  • Audit and monitor technical SEO health across two assigned categories, owning the diagnostic backlog through resolution.
  • Improve crawlability, indexation, robots directives, Core Web Vitals, structured data, internal linking, crawl-budget efficiency, and JavaScript rendering.
  • Analyze log files to understand Googlebot activity across category pages at scale.
  • Map keyword demand, search intent, inventory, and content coverage to identify scalable content and landing-page opportunities.
  • Benchmark organic search coverage against direct and indirect competitors.
  • Diagnose and resolve keyword and page cannibalization through canonicals, redirects, content consolidation, and URL architecture decisions.
  • Identify emerging query clusters and seasonal demand, evaluate opportunities, and propose scalable page or template solutions.
  • Embed organic search insights into product, engineering, and marketing processes, including sprint planning and backlog prioritization.
  • Apply GEO and AI-search insights to identify category-level visibility gaps and support the SEO/GEO roadmap.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on technical SEO experience in a large-scale platform, ideally a classifieds, marketplace, or e-commerce business with millions of indexed pages.
  • Strong experience with crawl tools such as Screaming Frog, OnCrawl, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Google Search Console, BigQuery or SQL for log analysis, and an SEO platform such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose and implement SEO cannibalization fixes.
  • Ability to write clear, actionable technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Comfort participating in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog discussions.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and rendering implications for search.
  • Experience with faceted navigation, UGC-heavy platforms, or multi-language and multi-market SEO at scale (preferred).
  • Familiarity with GEO and AI search concepts, including generative answers, LLM-based discovery, and entity optimization.
  • Python or automation scripting experience for SEO workflows, and A/B testing SEO changes at page-template level (preferred).
