Description

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, and merger consequences analyses.
  • Conduct target screening, industry research, and valuation benchmarking to support pipeline development.
  • Lead financial due diligence workstreams, including quality of earnings review, working capital analysis, normalization adjustments, and synergy quantification.
  • Create and monitor business performance metrics for deals, including KPI tracking, profitability analysis, and trend analysis.
  • Support post-close integration tracking, including synergy realization, purchase accounting, and performance versus the deal thesis.
  • Assess strategic fit and support deal execution and integration efforts.
  • Assist in developing deal structures, succession plans, and transition strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with financial modeling, valuation, and analytical problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
  • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments while managing competing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
