Description

  • Maintain scalable, high-quality software components and services.
  • Contribute to solution design, architecture, technical debt reduction, reliability, and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, resolve incidents, and communicate effectively with stakeholders during outages.
  • Investigate support issues, identify root causes, and implement preventative solutions.
  • Document and share technical knowledge across the team.
  • Champion software development best practices, agile methods, and continuous improvement.
  • Use Claude Code and GitHub Copilot in daily development and participate in AI coding-agent training.
  • Own and continuously improve the delivery pipeline, code quality, testing, and deployment practices.
  • Participate in on-call duties based on team and area of expertise.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of post-graduation software engineering experience.
  • Commercial experience with C# and .NET.
  • Commercial experience with a front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • AWS cloud experience.
  • Experience writing unit tests and maintainable, testable code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent judgment, openness to diverse perspectives, and willingness to challenge assumptions.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Consistent record of meeting sprint and quarterly commitments while maintaining quality and efficiency.
